Yes. Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before I begin creating your order. The remaining balance is due before your order is picked up or shipped.

Caring for your forever flowers is simple! Keep them indoors and away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. To keep them looking their best, gently dust them with a soft cloth, feather duster, or compressed air as needed.

Not always. My website showcases many of my handcrafted creations, but because many pieces are one of a kind, some items may sell before a craft show or online. I also enjoy creating new designs throughout the year, so you'll often find exclusive items and seasonal creations at my events that haven't been added to the website yet.
Absolutely! If you see something you love or have an idea for a custom creation, I'd be happy to discuss it with you at the show. You can place a custom order in person, and I'll work with you to create something that's uniquely yours.
Yes! If you see something on my website that you'd like to purchase and pick up at an upcoming craft show, I'd be happy to reserve it for you if it's still available.
To reserve a handcrafted item, I require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due at pickup during the event. This helps ensure your item is waiting just for you while preventing it from being sold to another customer.
Reservations are accepted up to 48 hours before the event, while supplies last.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. I'll work with you to find a fair solution.
Yes! Once we've finalized the details of your order, I'll send you an invoice that outlines your items, pricing, shipping (if applicable), and any required deposit or remaining balance.
After your payment has been received, you'll also receive a receipt for your records. I believe in keeping every order clear, organized, and transparent from start to finish.
